Paul Ricard Update and Video

In the video is Nigel Greensal driving the Metro Racing Systems Corvette to pole position at Paul Ricard in the VdeV GT Series event on September 2010. This was a last lap effort to beat the IMSA racing Porsche 997 GT3 RSR. The car is owned by Richard and Benton Bryan who also drove the car in the event. Despite electrical problems during the race, the team set fastest race lap repeatedly and broke the track record for the GT class.

"We owe a lot of thanks for the cars performance to Katech Engines, Riggins Competition and Weismann Transmissions. Without them we would not have set the new track record for the GT Class." Sean Creech (Crew Chief)

The Next event on the Metro Racing System schedule is the Homestead-Miami Historic Races at Homestead Sept. 30th - Oct. 3, 2010. Along with the Historic Sportscar Racing event will be the Indy Car race on Saturday. There is still room available, make your reservations ASAP.
